Program description

Nargula Account Alerts is a text messaging program operated by Nargula Inc. Customers and applicants who opt in receive messages about their funding application and account, including application status updates, document requests, payment reminders, account notices and customer service replies. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our application form at nargula.com, or by giving consent in your funding agreement. Consent is not a condition of funding or of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application and account activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through our website.

Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
